Scholarships

East Tennessee Compensation and Benefits Association (ETCBA) is an organization of human resource professionals committed to the advancement of knowledge in the fields of total compensation and benefits. ETCBA encourages students and HR professionals to grow in the human resources profession by awarding scholarships for education and professional development in the field. ETCBA may award multiple scholarships each year in an amount determined annually.

Scholarship Eligibility

College Level

Designed to recognize and reward students currently pursuing degrees in Human Resources from surrounding educational programs. The scholarship recipients are chosen based on scholastic achievement, leadership ability, work experience, and commitment to a career in Human Resources.

Professional Level

Designed to assist Human Resources Professionals in their achievement of an HR certification or other career advancement. You must be an active member of ETCBA and must provide documentation of anticipated or completed utilization of scholarship funds (e.g., registration for a conference, certification study materials, or other continuing education opportunities).
